William Afton is known to the Five Nights at Freddy’s community as a notorious serial killer 1-The movie IS NOT canon to the games. It’s a whole new story based MAINLY on the first 3 games, that’s why Mike Schmidt probably isn’t even Michael Afton in the movie. 2-The movie storyline won’t be complicated.
